Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure quality, minimize rework, and meet output targets.
• Support process improvement initiatives and implement engineering changes.
• Perform quality checks, ensure compliance with specifications, and control ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with team leaders and operators to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Record and report production data, communicate issues between shifts, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and support special projects as needed.

Education & Experience

• Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Mechanical /Industrial.
• Experience 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of machine operation and diagnostic of production problems, broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

Skills

• Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting.
• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Good computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software.
