Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Equipment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Install, calibrate, and test equipment to meet operational specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment-related disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and PLCs.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
