Responsible for timely machine installation and ensuring optimal production operations by maintaining equipment and enhancing yield, utilization, and product quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform machine installation as per schedule.
  • Maintaining the smooth operation of production and optimizing yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Working experience: 1- 3 years, Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

PREFERRED:

  • Able to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team member.
  • Able to converse and write well in English.

SKILLS

  • Dynamic and strategic thinking during day-to-day activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, initiative, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills.
