
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Industrial Services (IS) Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of hands-on, physically demanding tasks in industrial environments, including chemical plants, refineries, and manufacturing facilities. You will operate specialized cleaning equipment, handle industrial waste, and assist with site

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Industrial Cleaning: Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (hydro-blasting), industrial vacuums, and chemical cleaning tools to clean tanks, vessels, pipes, and machinery.
• Site Maintenance: Perform general manual labour, including shoveling, sweeping, rigging, and moving heavy materials or equipment.
• Waste Handling: Assist in the safe containment, loading, transport, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all company, client, and company safety regulations. Participate in daily safety meetings (toolbox talks) and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and hazmat suits when required.
• Confined Space Work: Safely enter and work in confined spaces (such as storage tanks and silos) following strict permit protocols.
• Equipment Care: Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.
Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2 year(s) of experience in industrial cleaning, construction, oil and gas, or a similar heavy labor environment. (Will train the right candidate).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work in cramped, elevated, or confined spaces.
• Environmental Adaptability: Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and wear heavy protective gear/respirators (clean shaven).
• Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and travel to various job sites as needed.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and security clearance.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
• Valid safety certifications (e.g. Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, First Aid/CPR).
• Experience operating hydro-blasting equipment (10k–40k PSI), vacuum trucks and hydro excavation units.
