We're seeking talented individuals to help us grow in the rapidly expanding utility industry. Since 2003, we've led the way in advanced field services and solutions, empowering utilities to maximize their infrastructure investments. Our mission is to enhance the safety, sustainability, and reliability of the nation's energy assets and natural resources. At Hydromax USA, you'll work with smart, passionate people to solve complex problems using innovative solutions. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role that requires technical aptitude and a commitment to quality.
You will work across diverse landscapes, including rugged outdoor terrain like steep embankments and uneven surfaces. As a leak survey technician, you must be prepared to work effectively outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, high humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain.

Work Environment Considerations
This role involves working along busy streets, highways, and residential roads, often in high-traffic areas. Crews must follow strict safety protocols and be aware of roadside hazards. Some sites may include embankments, uneven terrain, or wet conditions. Expect outdoor challenges and changing weather conditions. This means adapting to high heat, humidity, sudden storms, and cold temperatures. PPE such as rain jackets, hard hats, sunwear/sunscreen/cooling items, shirts/pants/hoodies, and footwear will be provided to safely navigate these environmental challenges. Work shall not occur in unsafe environments, and all employees may exercise their Stop Work Obligation at any time.
Because all field personnel may be required to operate company vehicles at any time, maintaining driver eligibility is mandatory. A valid driver’s license is considered an essential function of employment in field operations. Failure to obtain or maintain driver eligibility may affect employment status and/or eligibility for certain job assignments, unless given a Human Resources accommodation.
