What this job involves:

The Technician must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

What your day-to-day will look like:

· 负责生产园区内办公楼、厂房、附属建筑等楼宇设施的日常巡检、维护与维修工作；

· 执行土建类维修任务，包括但不限于墙体修补、地面修复、门窗维修、屋面防水处理、吊顶维护等；

· 配合完成小型建筑改造、装修及基础设施升级项目；

· 对建筑相关设备（如防火门、护栏、楼梯、雨棚等）进行定期检查与保养；

· 及时响应并处理突发性建筑设施故障，确保生产与办公环境安全、正常运行；

· 按要求填写维修工单、记录维修过程及使用物料，确保工作可追溯；

· 遵守公司EHS（环境、健康、安全）政策，正确使用个人防护装备（PPE），确保作业安全；

· 协助其他专业维修人员（如电气、暖通、给排水）完成跨专业协作任务；

· 保持维修区域及工具设备的整洁有序。

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

· 3年以上工厂、园区或大商业建筑类综合维修经验，具备实际动手能力；

· 能独立完成基础土建维修作业；

· 具备基本的识图能力（建筑平面图、结构图等）；

· 持有相关特种作业操作证（如登高证、焊工证等）者优先；

· 能适应紧急抢修需求，具备良好的责任心和团队协作精神；

· 安全意识强；

· 能使用常用维修工具及电动工具，具备基本设备维护常识；

· 熟练使用办公软件，能准确记录和报告事件；

Required Skills and Experience:

· 持有低压电工操作证

· 有外企生产园区的各类建筑维修经验
