What this job involves:

The Technician must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

What your day-to-day will look like:

· 负责生产园区各类楼宇内电气系统的日常巡检、维护、故障诊断与维修，包括但不限于照明系统、配电箱、插座回路、应急电源及低压配电设备；

· 执行自动升降门、电动卷帘门、门禁联动系统等机电一体化设备的定期保养与故障处理；

· 负责各类灯具的更换、线路检修及控制回路调试；

· 在洁净室环境下开展合规性维修作业，严格遵守洁净室行为规范与防污染要求；

· 按照预防性维护计划，完成电气设备的点检、润滑、紧固、绝缘测试等保养任务；

· 快速响应电气类突发故障（如跳闸、断电、设备异常），确保生产与办公区域电力供应及功能安全稳定；

· 配合暖通、给排水等专业人员完成跨系统协同维修或小型改造项目；

· 规范填写维修工单、维护记录、备件领用台账及安全作业许可文件，确保全过程可追溯；

· 严格执行公司EHS政策，在高处作业、有限空间、带电或临近带电设备等高风险场景中正确使用PPE并落实上锁挂牌（LOTO）程序；

· 保持工具、仪器及责任区域的整洁有序，符合5S或现场管理标准。

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

· 3年以上生产园区、洁净厂房的电气维修经验；

· 能读懂电气原理图、照明平面图及配电系统图；

· 具备自动门、电动门系统的维护或调试经验者优先；

· 有洁净室内作业经验，了解洁净服穿戴、物料进出、工具清洁及行为规范要求优先；

· 具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力及团队协作精神；

· 能接受节假日应急响应及紧急抢修任务安排；

· 安全意识强，严格遵守EHS及电气作业安全规程；

Required Skills and Experience:

· 持有低压电工操作证

· 持有高压电工操作证，登高证等优先

· 有外企生产园区的厂务维修经验
