The role: As part of the Enterprise Process Improvements team, the Technical Writer will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and executing documentation requests that increase the efficiency and capabilities across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Operations Efficiency Specialist, Enterprise Process Improvement, the incumbent will play a significant role with driving culture transformation and assisting all business units with creating professional, user-friendly documentation to support our employees, whether it is company policies and procedures, forms, system user guides, online help or other technical documentation.

Salary Range: $59,800.00 to $89,800.00CAD
Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.
Office Location: Toronto Corporate Office - 3280 Bloor Street West, Centre Tower, 7th Floor Toronto, ON or St. Catharines office - 75 Corporate Park Drive, St Catharines, ON at least one day a week.
Meridian has a remote work policy that allows flexibility for employees to work remotely but also requires a minimum of one day per week in the office for purposeful meetings to collaborate, innovate, and build effective relationships with your team, your colleagues, and your leader, which is important to us.
