This role targets candidates from communication or media backgrounds interested in working at the intersection of technology and clear communication. The focus is on improving clarity, structure, and collaboration rather than deep technical implementation.

The role supports engineering teams by ensuring internal R&D documentation is clear, consistent, and easy to navigate, helping translate complex information into structured and accessible content.

BB RCP Platform is responsible for:

• Innovate, deliver, and continuously improve platform services that strengthen leadership in Cloud RAN solutions

• Ensure successful execution of Cloud RAN programs, from development to delivery

• Leverage open-source ecosystems and leading cloud platforms to drive technology leadership

• Contribute to achieving business and growth targets for Cloud RAN products and solutions

• Organize and improve internal R&D documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of use
• Structure documentation for simple navigation, searchability, and reuse by both technical and non-technical audiences
• Review and refine existing documentation to improve language, flow, and overall readability
• Work closely with engineers and team leads to identify communication gaps and information needs
• Act as a communication bridge across teams, supporting shared standards and effective knowledge transfer

You have:

• A background or strong interest in communication, media, journalism, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong ability to structure information clearly and adapt it to different audiences
• Curiosity about technology and how engineering teams work, without requiring deep technical expertise
• Comfort collaborating with diverse stakeholders and willingness to learn documentation tools and workflows

It would be nice if you also had:

• Familiarity with documentation or content platforms such as wikis or knowledge bases
• Awareness of information organization, usability, or content structure principles
• Experience editing, reviewing, or curating content rather than authoring it from scratch
• Interest in learning simple documentation tools or lightweight publishing workflows
