With customers in 80+ countries, we foster collaboration across 26 global offices. Why This Role Matters

Create clear, user-focused documentation and content for a utility billing platform. Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to produce release notes, change logs, blog posts, and other customer-facing materials. Support document quality and consistency by applying branding standards, templates, and formatting across a variety of deliverables. Ideal candidates can translate complex technical concepts into understandable content, communicate effectively, and bring a detail-oriented, proactive approach. Experience with XML, CSS, Markdown, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar authoring tools is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Carolina.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll develop eLearning courses and other training content for users of our utility billing platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Design Training Content: Gather information and course elements from developers, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and others.
  • Administrate LMS: Work with the development and project teams to produce release notes, change log entries, blog posts, and other customer-facing content.
  • Brand Enforcement: Act as the team go-to person for document standardization. Apply templates to artifacts produced by the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Format documents produced by other team members to ensure brand standards are upheld.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with fluency in English
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset, able to manage ambiguity while remaining structured in your approach.
  • The ability to take in a large amount of technical information and translate it into concise, comprehensible end-user documentation.
  • Experience with XML, CSS, Markdown, Confluence, MadCap Flare or other topic-based authoring platforms a plus.

What sets you apart

  • You have a learner’s heart and mind, and an eye for detail.
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions and search for answers.
  • You bring a proactive, “get it done” attitude and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
