We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with experience in product communications, marketing support, and organizational messaging within technology-driven environments.
This role will support technology initiatives by developing, preparing, branding, and coordinating high-quality communications related to system implementations, process improvements, data initiatives, and digital modernization efforts.
The Technical Writer will serve as a bridge between technical teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring that system changes, enhancements, and business value are communicated clearly to internal teams, external customers, and executive leadership.
The role will support communications across multiple technology initiatives and platforms, including Accela, GIS, Power BI, Scribe, Jira, custom web forms, and other digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible language, and experience developing polished, leadership-ready materials.
The strongest candidate will be someone who can take highly technical information and turn it into clear, polished, professional communications for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience supporting technology implementations, executive communications, and public-sector environments will be especially valuable.

This is a Contract position based out of Lawrenceville, GA.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
