• Creates, updates and manages standard and custom technical manuals for each ETS-Lindgren product line. Communicates and networks with technical and manufacturing personnel to research products and translate advanced technical concepts into Basic English for domestic and international customers
• Develops product markings and associated artwork. This includes overlays, labels, silkscreens and deliverables for customer projects
• Participates in the team process as products are designed requiring a manual or product markings
• Ensures release of product documentation through formal ECO process. Generates and maintains guidelines and template for product manuals
• Provides software replication and packaging, including design of software related artwork. Creates artwork for various projects including conferences, price lists, etc., support training and customer service
• Take product photos for manuals and other documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years writing technical documentation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
