What We'll Bring:
* Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality technical documentation for product releases, including:
User guides
Administration guides
API and developer documentation
Release notes
Troubleshooting and knowledge base content
* Own documentation deliverables for assigned features from planning through release.
* Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Support, and UX teams to gather technical information and produce accurate, user-focused content.
* Review and improve existing documentation for consistency, usability, and reuse.
* Apply structured authoring and content reuse best practices.
What You'll Bring:
Content Strategy and User Enablement
* Contribute to improving documentation experience and content discoverability.
* Create and maintain e-learning modules, tutorials, guided learning assets, and other user enablement materials.
* Support product onboarding and customer education through digital learning content.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
* Participate in Agile development cycles and represent documentation in feature planning.
* Drive documentation reviews and ensure alignment with quality standards and style guidelines.
* Contribute ideas for process improvements, documentation innovation, and content operations efficiency.
* Mentor junior writers when needed and support peer reviews.
Impact You'll Make:
* Exposure to cloud or PaaS technologies.
* Knowledge of Instructional Design principles is highly desirable.
* Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or similar tools is a plus.
* Exposure to AI-assisted documentation or content automation initiatives is an added advantage.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
