Technical Writer

At the Tubize site

In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission:

• Understand different stages of project and product development and draft suitable documentations (e.g., Statement of Work)
• Interface with design and testing team (electrical, electronics, mechanical, test & certification engineers) to prepare a suitable documentation under specified Thales format
• Analyse the customer requests and provide the response in an appropriate form with detailed data including references
• Take charge of the other technical documentations (High Level Design, Low Level Design, User Manuals, Testing plan)
• Contribute to the writing of the test procedures in collaboration with the test and qualification engineer (e.g. with IVVQ engineer)
• Improve the contents of the current documents in coordination with the team members
• Assist in writing the technical offers and research project submission based on the input from the team members

We are looking forward to

• Master degree in electronics-telecommunication or equivalent
• A prior experience with academic thesis writing in English
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in technical writing in engineering area

• The candidate should be fluent in both French and English
