As a Documentation Specialist (Technical Writer), you support participants of the electronic trading and listing platforms of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and SIX Swiss Exchange. In close collaboration with subject‑matter experts, you prepare clear, timely communications for technical contacts at trading participants and maintain documentation products for internal and external clients. You also handle related administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to quickly understand complex topics, particularly when delivering fast and reliable information in emergency situations. You work independently and with a high degree of reliability in a complex operational environment
We are seeking a Technical Writer with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. The position is full-time position (100%) based in Madrid and involves close collaboration with the Documentation Team in Zurich. Willingness to travel is required.
