
THE ROLE📝
You will play a key part of the talented Documentation team, making a tangible impact on Form3’s growth and scalability. Technical documentation directly influences how easily our SaaS can be implemented and configured within client organisations and partners.
With prior technical writing experience and some coding ability, you will support our current Technical Writer in creating and maintaining both new and existing documentation. You’ll ensure our materials evolve alongside our services, remaining best-in-class and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will be excited to lead projects using new AI tools for knowledge management.

All new joiners start their first day in our office to collect the equipment needed to work remotely. We'll also arrange for some of your team to come in to say hi, ensuring you're supported and have a positive first few days with Form3!
