Job Title: Technical Writer Experience Required: 1 year Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating high-quality technical content and simplifying complex information. The Technical Writer will enhance our communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing and Publishing Blog Posts: Craft informative and engaging blog posts on technical subjects, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Author, edit, and review product documentation.
  • Framing FAQs: Develop comprehensive FAQs to efficiently resolve customer queries.
  • Writing Technical Mailers: Create mailers to communicate updates and features to users.
  • Producing Learning Materials: Generate top-quality materials like technical documentation, infographics, screenshot markups, and training videos.
  • SEO Proficiency: Apply best practices in SEO to enhance online content visibility.
  • Outreach Capacity: Engage with the community to foster relationships and expand our network.
  • Loom Video Creation: Create clear and effective Loom videos.
  • Ownership of Tasks: Ensure high standards and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordination with Guest Speakers: Manage collaborations with guest speakers effectively.
  • Technical Know-How: Convey technical concepts clearly. Experience in creating infographics is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent work ethic and initiative.
  • Familiarity with video creation tools like Loom.
  • Experience coordinating with external parties.
