Your role

As a Client Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between clients, product teams, and service delivery teams, ensuring seamless client onboarding, technical implementation, and ongoing support. Your ability to research, problem-solve, and communicate effectively across teams will be central to driving successful outcomes for both new and existing clients.

Your tasks

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading end-to-end testing and providing official go-live sign-off for new client implementations, ensuring all systems and configurations meet required standards
• Supporting customer onboarding by attending implementation calls, managing company profile imports, and identifying setup gaps or errors
• Providing post-implementation support until steady state is achieved, including Office ID mapping and ongoing troubleshooting
• Collaborating with Product Teams to develop new functionalities, conduct testing, and research and escalate technical issues
• Supporting Service Delivery teams by researching and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution
• Contributing technical insight and support to large-scale cross-functional projects
• Applying creative and analytical thinking to research and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes with minimal initial information

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical support, implementation, or client-facing technology role, with at least 5 years of experience in the business travel and/or airline industry, and technical proficiency in supporting Amadeus (GDS)
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to research and resolve complex technical issues using creative thinking and root cause analysis, even when working with limited initial information
• Proven experience supporting customer onboarding and implementation processes, including data analysis, profile imports, gap identification, and post-implementation support within the travel technology or a related technology services environment
