About the opportunity

Lotus Commercial is seeking an experienced Technical Training & Support professional to deliver hands-on training, technical assistance and operational support across our national branch network. Regular night shift work and interstate travel is required.

You will help our teams deliver safe, compliant and high-quality commercial kitchen exhaust services.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver practical training for kitchen service crews and supervisors.
• Provide technical support for equipment, PPE, cleaning processes and kitchen exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and support timely operational solutions.
• Conduct audits covering safety, service quality and crew performance.
• Support equipment and chemical trials, new branch set-up and best-practice implementation.
• Maintain records, report outcomes and promote compliance with company and industry requirements.

About you

• Ideally three years’ experience as a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning or HVAC Supervisor or Supervisor in a similar cleaning service industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, cleaning equipment, chemicals and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated training, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Role requirements

Reporting to National Support, this role involves regular interstate travel and hands-on work with service teams during day and night shifts. High standards of personal, uniform, vehicle and equipment presentation are required.
