Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Operations

• Conduct OJT and technical training for direct labor in production areas
• Coordinate and support plant-wide training programs and activities
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to address training needs

Training Design & Improvement

• Support training needs analysis and develop effective learning solutions
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve workforce capability
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness

Training System & Documentation

• Manage Training Management System (LMS), records, and training database
• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, skill matrices, and tools
• Ensure training compliance and documentation accuracy

Projects & Support

• Participate in training-related projects and initiatives
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with training/L&D experience are welcome
• Experience in manufacturing training or LMS is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Good coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
