What you will do:
Prepare and delivers technical instruction in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of products and other related advanced technical topics.


• Conducts technical training courses to customers, field service teams and employees in a wide range of applications of the product line.
• Support in new product training programs, including print documentation, video and computer-based training under the leadership and guidance of a technical editor/instructional designer.
• Support in the evaluation, specification, and makes recommendations for purchase of hardware (test equipment, computers, other specialized equipment) and software required to support advanced technical courses.
• Provides leadership, guidance and training to Level 1 and 2 instructors in the areas of product/technical knowledge, instructional skills, course preparation, and instructional materials revision.

  • Training Needs Analysis: Knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.

  • Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and minimum 3 years of experience with gas turbine commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting, and operation.

  • OR minimum 5 years of field experience with gas turbine commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting, and operation.

  • In-depth knowledge of Solar Turbomachinery, its Control System and Applications in Compression and Power Generation Systems.

  • Demonstrated technical instructional or technical on-the-job mentoring experience with both junior field service personnel and customers.

  • Basic Software Proficiency (offcie 365) and Internet and Digital Platform Use.

  • Demonstrated experience investigating and self-learning high-level technical knowledge.

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership of field or administrative projects management.

  • Knowledge of Instructional Techniques.

  • Comfortable speaking in public.

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable.

Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
