Overview

Apogee Engineering is seeking a Instructional Training Developer to support the squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft by developing, maintaining, and delivering instructional materials and curriculum for OSINT tradecraft and tools.

****Contingent Upon Contract Award****

Responsibilities

  • Support squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft in developing and maintaining training programs.
  • Design comprehensive instructional materials and standard operating procedures.
  • Create practical exercises for OSINT tradecraft and tools.
  • Conduct performance evaluation with experience developing practical assessment metrics and capstone exercises to validate analysts' competency and retention of material

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCIEducation/Years of Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in science or engineering.
  • 4 years experience with DoW or similar programs.
  • Experience in instructional development or intelligence training.
  • ISD curriculum development experience.
  • Background in OSINT training and tradecraft.
