As a Technical Training Designer, you'll create engaging and effective learning solutions that bring BRE's world-leading research, science and industry expertise to life.
Working closely with experts from across BRE, you'll transform technical and specialist knowledge into clear, learner-focused training materials that can be delivered online, virtually and in classroom settings. You'll support the development of new courses and the continuous improvement of existing programmes, ensuring learners receive relevant, accessible and high-quality training experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys instructional design, thrives on collaboration and is motivated by creating learning that helps individuals and organisations perform better.
We're looking for someone who can combine strong learning design skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical information in an engaging way.

Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings (4-6 times per year).
As part of our recruitment process we will be conducting 10-30 minute phone screening calls via an AI recruiter called Ryan with all shortlisted candidates. The information gathered from this screening will be used to help assess your suitability for the position.
