Job Description

TAT-Technologies Tulsa, an FAA Approved Certificated Repair Station, is looking for a Technical Training Coordinator to effectively run the FAA required Training Program. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training to team members to improve their job safety, skills, and knowledge. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing Initial, recurrent, and remedial training programs. This role works cross functionally across the organization to ensure compliance with FAA training requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain company training matrix which spans departments from Quality to Safety to HR
  • Promptly address urgent training requests and deliver critical programs within tight deadlines
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs by utilizing an Individual Needs Assessment
  • Work with supervisors and leadership to identify skill gaps and create customized training solutions
  • Identify gaps and needs of the organization by performing a Repair Station Needs Assessment
  • Develop and maintain individual training records in various training platforms (Paylocity LMS, 145, etc.)
  • Identify and implement training process improvements
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions
  • Participate in and assist in all New Employee Orientations (NEO)
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and success
  • Assist with talent and workforce planning
  • Create training materials to help ensure learning comprehension (handouts, slide shows, quizzes, etc.)
  • Maintain current list of qualified trainers
  • Advises supervisors and leadership of missing training and works to resolve the issue with urgency
  • Other duties as assigned
