Job Description



  • Carry out technical training according to organizational requirements (Classroom & Practical activities).
  • Perform on-the-job training sessions in groups or individually in an everyday operating workshop environment.
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agendas.
  • Determine areas of concern to address gaps in technician skillset to meet workshop requirements.
  • Prepare training material (Presentations, worksheets, etc.).
  • Arrange for on-site training using external sources when and if required.
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
  • Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
  • Ensure all registered users are completing STARS online training to meet Ford Standards.
  • Ensure all registered users attend Ford-provided classroom and practical training as per Ford Curriculum and Ford Standards.

 Job Requirements:

  • Prefer undergraduate degree in Automotive
  • At least 3 years' experience as an automotive trainer with previous workshop experience.
  • Fluency in English & Khmer is a must.
  • Be able to communicate with people of various levels of an organization through complex data utilizing efficient and effective methods.
  • Strong MS Office suite computer skills - especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must possess a valid driver's license; ability to travel across Cambodia geographies for several days at a time.
  • Ability to face diverse situations and make informed and timely decisions and be able to understand a problem and devise a workable solution.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others, as opposed to working separately or competitively.
  • Ability to understand and help others fulfill their needs.
