rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in twelve countries with over 450 employees.
De Nederlandse afdeling van rpc realiseert projecten in opdracht van verschillende grote spelers binnen de retail en automotive sector. Momenteel zoeken wij een nieuwe collega die als eerste project de rol van Technical Trainer binnen de BMW Group Training Academy zal opnemen. Als trainer ben jij er mede verantwoordelijk voor dat huidige en nieuwe BMW-rijders een klantervaring op het allerhoogste niveau krijgen bij de BMW Group dealerbedrijven.
In deze specifieke rol:
Je deelt als Technical Trainer jouw technische expertise met onze medewerkers uit het dealernetwerk van BMW, MINI & Motorrad via face-to-face opleidingen, Webinars, virtual classrooms, coaching on site. Bovendien doe je dit op een professionele, educatieve en enthousiaste manier. Je staat open voor nieuwe manieren van leren en denkt actie mee na over de vormgeving van onze technische opleidingstrajecten. Daarnaast word je betrokken in allerhande projecten binnen de BMW Training Cluster. Je krijgt dingen gedaan! Respect, waardering, openheid en het nemen verantwoordelijkheid zijn voor jou belangrijk voor een succesvolle samenwerking.
