Job Title: Technical Trainer (Automotive)

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality automotive technical training for dealer networks and internal teams. You will support technicians in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair by delivering engaging classroom, workshop, and digital training aligned with manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver technical training through classroom, workshop, and blended learning formats.
• 
  Develop and update training materials based on new automotive technologies and OEM standards.
• 
  Train technicians on diagnostics, repair procedures, electrification, and digital tools.
• 
  Prepare training environments, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• 
  Provide technical guidance and best practices to dealer networks.
• 
  Ensure training quality, compliance, and certification requirements are met.
• 
  Collaborate with internal technical experts and training managers to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements:

• 
  Strong technical background in automotive technology.
• 
  Experience in vehicle diagnostics, repair, or technical support (dealer or OEM environment).
• 
  Training or coaching experience is an advantage.
• 
  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 
  Fluent in Dutch and French; English is an asset.
• 
  Passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
