Our international Training team delivers world-class service to the global automotive industry.

We are looking for a High Voltage Technical Trainer in Hungary to lead technical education programs for a premium automotive

Technical Trainer (Automotive) – Freelance (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Lead engaging classroom, online, and practical sessions on technical systems and High Voltage (HV) technology
• Content Localization: Adapt existing training modules to meet local regulatory standards, regional technical specifications, and language requirements
• Content Development: Develop training concepts to meet specific market needs
• Material Review: Review and edit training documentation to ensure technical accuracy and clarity
• Performance Evaluation: Assess participant competency through practical examinations and theoretical testing, providing constructive feedback
• Facility Management Support smooth operation of the training facility, including maintaining workshop equipment, diagnostic tools and the readiness of training vehicles

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification, certified High Voltage Technician or Engineer
• Proven experience in delivering technical training in the automotive sector, ideally in a dealership environment
• Strong practical background in workshop operations (service, diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly
• Fluency in Hungarian and advanced proficiency in English or German (written and spoken)
• Driving License
