About the Role:
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a motivated Technical Trainer with strong Operator-Trainer capability In this role, you will not only develop and deliver technical training programs but also utilize your practical experience operating Caterpillar machinery to coach and demonstrate safe, productive operating techniques. Your background in the mining sector and commitment to continuous improvement will support high‑quality outcomes for our internal teams and customers.
