Job Description


Our client is a leading renewable energy provider with operations in Nigeria. They specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining premium solar and battery storage systems for commercial, industrial, and residential customers.

Job Summary
Lead the delivery of multiple solar projects from design handoff to commissioning; build team capability; embed safety, quality, and schedule discipline; and delight customers with reliable systems and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise installations, allocate crews, and manage subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Implement QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning checklists; sign off on test results and as‑built documentation.

  • Coach technicians; drive hiring, onboarding, and skills development for a scalable team.

  • Interface with clients during execution and aftercare; ensure rapid issue resolution and SLAs.

  • Use PM tools (Zoho, Asana, MS Project) for schedules, risk logs, and weekly reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership of field teams and vendors; PMP or equivalent is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of hybrid systems (inverters, batteries, PV arrays, protections, earthing).

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management.

  • Ability to travel and work across multiple sites as needed.
