We are looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, identify top talent, and help us assemble a high-performing, distributed tech team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with exceptional people, and is passionate about building teams that can make a real impact globally.

What will you be doing?

• 
  Take charge of full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), QA, DevOps, Product, and other technical positions
• 
  Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, tech stacks, and team needs, and define hiring timelines and interview processes
• 
  Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach
• 
  Conduct screening calls to evaluate technical skills, culture fit, and overall alignment with vFairs
• 
  Coordinate interviews, consolidate feedback, and support data-driven hiring decisions
• 
  Prepare and manage offer rollouts in coordination with the People Ops team
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring pipelines, reports, and documentation to keep the process smooth
• 
  Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience at every stage
• 
  Support People Operations initiatives as assigned, including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities

Required Skills

• 
  3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
• 
  Proven experience hiring for engineering or technical roles
• 
  Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology
• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 
  Highly organized with strong follow-up skills to keep hiring processes running smoothly
