What you'll be doing
Join CIBC’s Technology Operations team as a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in application provisioning and system administration. As part of your co-op term, you’ll be trained on key processes and tools, and you’ll be responsible for handling provisioning requests and completing a set of assigned tasks. You’ll have opportunities to implement process improvements, collaborate on presentations, and develop documentation to support team initiatives. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Documentation and Artifacts – Develop and maintain clear documentation and presentation materials to support operational processes and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals, participate in meetings, and contribute to group discussions.
Technical Skill Development – Gain hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages, with guidance and training provided throughout your term.
