Key responsibilities:
Proactively deliver system improvementsthat enhance performance, userexperienceand business value.
Support,configureand optimisedigital platformsto ensurestrong performance,reliabilityand user experience.
Partner withstakeholders,ITand vendor teams to deliver technology solutionsaligned with business goals
Map,analyseand improveend-to-end processes, usingAI and automation to driveefficiency
Communicatesystem changes, provide user training, and ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
BalanceBAUoperational supportwith strategic projects, ensuring all changes deliver measurable business value.
Location:Smith&SmithSupport Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington
Hours40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Whatwe’relooking for
Around 2–3 yearsin a technology-focused role
A knack for figuring out how business systems work, then making them work better
Hands-on experience using AI and automationto cut out manual work.
Comfort with process mappingand analysis, you can look at a messy workflow and see the shape of a better one.
Experience managingstakeholders, vendors, and prioritiesthat all claim to be urgent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical conceptsinto practical business outcomes.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or something related
Experience in the Microsoft stackpreferred (Azure, PowerPlatform, Dynamics)
