What will you do?
· Creating technical part of the offer - selecting products based on sales representative request;
· Provide technical support to our customers in resolving issues (CCTV, alarm systems, intercoms and more);
· Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve technical issues;
· Maintain the showroom, ensuring its equipment are up-to-date;
· Developing security system solutions;
· Manage the inventory for the showroom;
· Identifying the status of returned objects and repairing devices under warranty;
· Preparing needed documents and certificates for the offer or service;
· Create technical translations (e.g., data sheets, manuals) and prepare CE documentation;
· Creating and maintaining technical training materials;
· Attending conferences and fairs.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills
· High school diploma in a technical field (electrical field is a plus);
· 2 years of proven experience and knowledge with security systems ;
· Good presentation skills;
· Strong sense of responsibility, independence and initiative;
· Knowledge of the English language on B2 level;
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
· A person ready for continuous learning and development.
