Your Role: Own the Challenge

As Technical Support, located in Zell am Moos, you will help shape the strategic direction of our technologies by focusing on resolving technical challenges through reliable support services. You will work closely with our Engineering, Sales, and Development teams and serve as the first technical point of contact for our customers. Through your feedback, you will make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of our products and solutions.

  • You are the first point of contact for technical customer inquiries and incidents as part of 1st Level Support, ensuring professional and solution-oriented customer service.
  • You configure, maintain, monitor, and service Energy Management Systems and installations from the office, helping to ensure reliable system operation.
  • You implement modern control and automation concepts in the fields of energy and environmental technology, perform fault analysis, and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • You test new ideas and features in load and energy management and work closely with the Engineering, Sales, and Development teams to continuously improve our products and services.

What it takes to Run what Runs the World

  • You have completed a technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field (apprenticeship, master qualification, or HTL).
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of or initial professional experience in network and fieldbus technologies, measurement, control and automation engineering, IT or networking, or comparable technical disciplines.
  • You have a passion for future technologies, energy systems, photovoltaics, energy storage solutions, and electric mobility.
  • A structured and analytical approach to work, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team complete your profile.

To comply with legal requirements, we refer to the minimum annual salary stipulated by the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, which amounts to €50,000 gross per year based on a 38.5 hour working week. There is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
