Manager, Motors & Generators BL China

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes and guidelines. Each day, you will support more complex technical support cases. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Motors and generators Business Line Unit China of MOSE in China. Main stakeholders are MOSE

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Handle customer complaints throughout the entire case resolution process, leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts to ensure timely closure within the specified timeline. Proactively escalates unresolved issues or bottlenecks to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, preventing cases from being pending without progress.
  • Responsible for the warranty spare parts delivery process from data input to shipment,
  • Provide post-delivery technical product support.
  • Recognizing improvement needs in the ways of working and potential solutions for them and the products in question and driving improvement actions.


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related fields, with over years of experience in quality or technical functions within industrial organizations.
  • Prior experience in customer quality management will be highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Profound knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities
