Experience
1 years of experience in Tech Support in an international BPO (US voice process preferred)
Education class 12+
Skills Required
Excellent English language skills are required (spoken & written)
Proficiency with MS Office
Basic typing skills - above 25 wpm
Good telephonic communications skills - be able to listen and respond appropriately
Upbeat and positive personality
Ability to work in a team
Excellent problem solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle technical support on International Inbound Calls [US].
Resolve customer queries within the assigned time frame.
Documents actions and resolutions
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary Rs. 19,0000 - 38,000/month
Cab facility is provided within 30kms of Sector 135, Noida

Two rounds of client interviews

Work/ shift times: 5:30pm to 2:30am
