Job Description

We are seeking motivated Technical Support Representatives to provide first-level technical assistance to end users. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide professional and courteous support to end users.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of technical support, help desk, customer service, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Shifts: Front Half or Back Half (7am-5:30pm)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.63 - $22.63/hr.
