A fastest growing Cyber Intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to manage its amazing team. The role takes part in providing Technical Support for advanced and complex company's products.
It's a young innovative company that's building an exciting cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team as an independent team and developing workflows within and with other departments.
- Guide, mentor, and enable personal development for team members to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team that delivers at high standards.
- Guide the team to prioritize and perform operations when needed to resolve incidents as soon as possible.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills on complex incidents and system (Linux and k8s) troubleshooting
- Adjust and push to improve the client products by translating their needs from their real-time feedback and insights
- Monitor clients’ systems by using the most advanced technology in the industry.
- Work closely with Technical Customer Support teams to solve complex incidents.
- Manage clients’ systems, working on the most advanced technology in the industry
- Help clients by providing technical support remotely or onsite with system daily usage
- Collaborate closely with Product Management teams, and R&D (QA, DevOps, IT & Deployment) in order to push for case resolution and product improvements
- Work closely with Customer Success Teams in order to maintain a proactive success-oriented approach and strategic planning
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing NOC/ technical support team.
- 3+ years of experience with Technical Support/Technical Tiers
- Experience of experience with Linux/Unix
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes
- Familiar with Networking: Firewalls, Basic Network protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP)
- Flexible to cover non-standard work hours and take part in rotations on-call shifts for a rapidly growing company and have a sense of urgency and responsibility
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written): Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Great communication skills
- Ability to travel abroad up to 25%
