Job Description

Our client is a licensed financial services provider. They provide innovative fintech solutions, including OTC trading, a crypto payment gateway, custodial services, and more. Their mission is to reshape the financial ecosystem by connecting banks and blockchain infrastructure onto a single platform.



Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join their growing technology team. The ideal candidate will provide support in maintaining and administering internal software systems, assist with technical documentation, and address client queries related to software integrations and system functionality. This role is ideal for a junior professional with a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in software operations and client-facing support.

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering,
  • or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a software support, junior developer, or tech admin role.
  • Familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, and database queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client queries and tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills (Advantageous)

  • Experience within the financial industry, payments, crypto and/or blockchain technology.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (eg: Google Cloud)
