The Technical support Specialist Electrics Provide technical expertise and support, assisting on-site or remotely to field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system
YOUR TASKS:
• Diagnose, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues, developing and documenting technical solutions in Incident and communication of the measures to the respective requestors
• Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidelines
• Identify clusters and prepare issues for product failure analysis and align with relevant stakeholders (ENG, TPM and TM), regional claim handler
• Responsible for delivery of training on company products, processes and technologies to ensure that participants develop, maintain, and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge. Select appropriate training aids ensuring participants comply with occupational health & safety rules during training
• Analyze course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements, updating training materials and documentation in alignment with global training network
• Structure and conduct onboarding and qualification of new trainer colleagues aligned with Global Technical Academy, taking over regional training product ownership and act as multiplier within the regional training team and as contact to Global Technical Academy
