Job Summary

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing SAP EWM/WM
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, Physical Inventory, Warehouse Monitoring
• Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP GTS
• Experience with decentralized SAP EWM is an advantage
• Experience with SAP WM, MM, PP, and LE modules is an advantage
• Experience with SAP EWM configuration and understanding of SAP standard functionalities and enhancement concepts
• Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and change request implementation
• Experience in warehouse business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support
• ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies
• Experience working in Agile/DSDM or ITIL-based support environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and globally distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to understand warehouse business processes from a customer perspective and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions
• Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

1. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
2. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
3. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
5. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
6. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
