We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact our customers have with our company, helping them solve everything from technical hiccups to questions about their favorite racing games.

The role in a nutshell
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hervanta, Tampere.
While we offer flexible working arrangements, we enjoy working together on-site, so we'd love to see you at least part-time at the office.
The salary range is 2800-3300 €/month, depending on experience.

Your role as a Technical Support Specialist
You'll work as the first point of contact a person has with our company, helping them by:
Answering e-mail and social media inquiries, primarily related to technical issues with Simucube products
Diagnosing software and hardware problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting with the right questions
Providing first-line support
Advising on different racing games and their settings
Authorizing RMA (return material authorization) cases
Collaborating with our external production and storage provider(s)
Creating self-service documentation for Simucube products
Your daily work can range from technical questions about hardware and software all the way to questions about sim racing titles like Assetto Corsa or iRacing. Our team has built a top-quality support process and to be frank, set the bar fairly high. Our stakeholders expect clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication from us.
We believe this role will suit you if you:
Have knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and technology, along with a genuine desire to understand how a device works
Have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Bring superb interpersonal and intercultural skills to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally
Are eager to learn more about sim racing and understand how sim racing peripherals, such as game controllers work
Are committed to finding a solution even when there's no ready-made answer
It's also a big plus if you're familiar with sim racing titles or have a basic understanding of software engineering or electronics.
