If yes, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Team in Greece!
What You Get To Do In This Role
Provide support to local employees regarding software, corporate business applications, hardware requests, and incidents.
Administer the Bank’s computer network.
Maintain the hardware and software of the Bank’s computer and communication equipment.
Implement new systems, methods, and tools related to IT security and information system protection.
Install, configure, and maintain the operating systems (Windows, MS Office, etc.) on workstations used in the Bank, along with other applications and security software such as VPNs and antivirus programs.
Manage user access rights within the Bank’s systems.
Oversee the Bank’s communication infrastructure, including internet, VPN, SWIFT, and other systems.
Advise employees on emerging IT issues and assist with the implementation of new IT systems in the Bank.
Provide written reports on task performance upon request.
Install updates on workstations.
Monitor the performance of IT systems using monitoring tools and take appropriate action in case of issues.
Participate in and support audit activities related to IT systems.
Meet individual goals and KPIs as set by the direct manager.
Ensure the timely and high-quality execution and reporting of assigned tasks.
Uphold the Bank’s reputation by adhering to the terms of the employment contract, internal policies, relevant laws and ethical standards.
Perform additional duties and requests as assigned by the direct manager, within the scope of responsibility.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or/and Master’s Degree in Computer Science
1-3 years of experience in a similar position
Fintech/banking experience is a plus
Excellent Computer literacy
Excellent technical and communicative skills
Fluent level of English language
