Bosch Mobility Aftermarket provides customers worldwide with a comprehensive range of diagnostic and workshop equipment, along with a wide selection of spare parts, including new parts, exchange parts, and repair solutions for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
► Supporting sales and marketing team with technical information and documentation
► Assisting in first-level review of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial aspects)
► Supporting processes related to Bosch eXchange program products
► Translating marketing materials and product documentation
► Assisting in administration and coordination of technical trainings
► Providing support during repairs, installations, and warranty checks
► Supporting various operational and administrative sales activities
► Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical Faculty or similar field
► Good organizational and communication skills
► Good analytical skills and attention to details
► Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
► Fluent English (written and spoken)
