As a Technical Support Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, document troubleshooting steps, escalate complex issues when necessary, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction. You will be expected to maintain a high level of technical knowledge, follow company processes, and meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
