Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Retention & Telesales Specialists to join IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting solutions. This role involves managing incoming customer requests, retaining existing clients, and promoting the appropriate hosting products to meet customer needs. Ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, customer service, and problem solving in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Handle incoming requests via telephone, email, and live chat, identifying customer needs and providing suitable hosting solutions

• 
  Maintain in-depth knowledge of IONOS products and services

• 
  Respond to service cancellation requests and identify opportunities for customer retention

• 
  Achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention targets

• 
  Guide customers to the online knowledge base to enhance self-service capabilities

• 
  Document customer interactions and cancellation outcomes to improve retention strategies.

• 
  Report regularly to the Telesales & Customer Retentions Manager

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Proven experience in telesales, revenue generation, or customer service

• 
  Self-motivated and target-driven

• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 
  Professional telephone manner and customer-centric approach

• 
  Technically minded with problem-solving abilities is a plus

• 
  Familiarity with the Internet, email, FTP, hosting, and DNS is advantageous
