Job Description

As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide technical support for LenelS2 OnGuard Access Control systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in enterprise environments. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid working schedule (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).

• Troubleshoot and resolve OnGuard software, server, database, and connectivity issues.
• Support system installation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Analyze logs, system events, and application behavior to identify root causes.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on complex cases.
• Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.
• Strong technical support and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LenelS2 OnGuard.
• Knowledge of Access Control or Physical Security systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications.
