🔧 Your mission

As a Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer, you will be a trusted technical partner for our customers and sales team. You will showcase the power of GibbsCAM solutions and ensure customers get the most value from their CAM environment—from first demo to successful deployment.

💡 What you’ll do

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with Sales to understand customer needs and present tailored GibbsCAM solutions

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions

  • Represent GibbsCAM at trade shows, seminars, and customer events

Technical Support & Training

  • Provide first-line technical support on GibbsCAM software

  • Analyze and resolve issues related to CAM programming, post-processing, and CNC machining workflows

  • Train new and existing customers (on-site and remotely)

  • Collaborate with global GibbsCAM support and development teams on complex technical cases

  • Participate in on-site customer visits, implementation follow-ups, and post-processor certification tests

  • Create clear technical documentation and training materials

🧠 What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with CAM software and CNC machining

  • Solid understanding of milling, turning, and multi-axis machining processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English

  • Willingness to travel within Israel

⭐ A plus

  • Experience with GibbsCAM

  • Background in technical support or customer-facing roles

  • Post-processor customization experience

  • Programming skills
