Job Description

About the Role...

  • Perform system monitoring and health checking, frontline technical support in Data Center
  • Perform system installation/maintenance, backup/restoration
  • Perform routine voice service provisioning, trouble ticket handling, fault reporting and quality control on integrated voice network
  • Co-work with other teams to perform incident/problem management on different connectivity service
  • Perform test plan and provide support on user acceptance testing and system implementation
  • Assist Network Engineers on general support of voice network operation

About You...

  • 7x24 shift duty is required
  • DSE above with 1 year relevant experience
  • Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Networking / Telecommunications or related disciplines without relevant experience will also be considered
  • Basic knowledge in LINUX command and shell script is preferred
  • Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and be a good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
